In my mind, the beaver tail is stronger and provides more protection width wise and I save +/- $140. …I guess I also haven’t missed out on the bottle cap tool…
Oh and hell no!!! In that multi photo photo third up from the bottom in the center column where they have the strap across the flat edge…major no no.

Does the Smittybilt or Go Rhino have a lot of play? I noticed that some bolted on like the Clamber.

Don’t hear a thing. If you do, there’s an easy fix. Preemptively, I ran a roll of electrical tape around it 2 or three times in front and back of the pin hole. I also have one of those anti rattle attachments that’s still on the rear seat floorboard that I’ve seen no need to install it. It’s real heavy. When it was on my Dodge I never heard a peep out of it unless I backed it into a block wall or something.

On those pre-reverse camera models…I could just tap the concrete walls on the parking garages in Miami. I’d be real gentle, but you new you were home when you felt it.🤓

The Go Rhino has a device on the bottom to tighten it down against the receiver.

I’ve got one and it’s collecting dust. The electrical tape did the trick for me.

I got to looking at the clamp bracket and kept thinking it would be good for my dodge, but it wouldn’t take too many runs/scrapes before you had the treads buggered up to where it would be a permanent fixture.
