Or you can come with us for our July 31st to August 4th Ouray Trip :D
Love to, but going to Yellowstone on 8/5 for a week. Super busy summer this year.

I know it’s short notice, but can anyone do it this coming Saturday? I’m planning to go Friday night and camp, then hit it early. I’ve had a rough week already, and it’s Tuesday. I need this.

Dangit. Work week has killed me and I have to finish changing a clutch out in one of my other vehicles tomorrow. That view looks amazing

It was a fun, but very challenging trail, I didn’t do any damage on the rubicon, but this one killed my steel driveshaft. I got home, but the vibration kept me in the low 40mph range. Monster spiral dent over a foot long, over an inch wide, and probably close to 1/2” deep in places. I don’t regret running it, as it’s been on my list for quite a while, but there are some tough spots.

What solar panel do you have on your hood and what do you think about it? Looks like a great trail to run.

The one from Cascadia 4x4. I like it a lot. It maintains the batteries and provides power for accessories with battery protection. It won’t provide power if the batteries get down to 11.4v. I tested it for 7 hours one day without starting it, while charging and using a power station. It held the batteries at 11.9v and it started without issue.

All fixed after swapping out the driveshaft today. Temporarily running the old Oem one until I can get a replacement. Here are some more pictures of the damaged one after dropping it. It was pretty mangled, but it got me home.
