How do you remove stock bump stops?

New to the Jeep world, are the rubber pieces in the shock area called bump stopS? Where can you buy factory ones and how do you replace them

were your stock ones white? Mine have like a black rubber coating and my passenger one has the black rubber coming off

Geeze, I'm pretty sure I kept them, I think the fronts were black and the rears were light yellow? The coating should affect anything.
