I have a 2021 ecodiesel that shows hd wide axles on the window sticker. It has cast knuckles and the holes for the case spreader on the sides of the diff match the m220 pictures I have seen to id your axle(m210 for the front? Seperate question)
I am looking at a Steer Smart tie rod and they have Rubicon and non Rubicon. I assume this is concerning the width but not 100% sure? So would a cast knuckle wide axle use a Rubicon tie rod or no? Also would a cast knucle wide axle have the thicker tubes or not? I have been reading lots of conflicting stuff.

It says it doesn't have information for my vin. It has 3.73 gears and a trac lok, no 4.1 transfer case or 4.10's.

All gladiators have the thicker axle tubes than the Wranglers had. 10 mm for gladiator vs 7 mm for prior version differentials in Wrangler.

All Rubicons, Mojaves and Sport/S Max tow with gas or diesel have the wide axles (by a WHOPPING .75" per side, 1.5" total)

The cast knuckle is diesel - not Rubicon. Any Gladiator diesel will have those heavier steering knuckles.
The wide axle is Rubicon, max tow, Mojave, not diesel - even with a gas engine you get the "wide" axle on those models.

M220 and M210 is the ring gear diameter - 220mm and 210mm

Don't get hung up on those details, nothing all that special really.

To summarize -
You get a diesel, you get cast steering knuckles.
You get a Mojave, a Rubicon or a Sport with max tow, you get the wider axles.
Gladiator gets 10mm thick axle tube walls heavier differential housing castings and some reinforcements in the casting design, when Gladiator was intriduced, Wranglers had 7mm axle tube wall thickness.
It's not a big deal.

When you type in your VIN you must use all caps - it wouldn't take mine if I used lower case letters.
Use C not c Use I not i and so on.

Thanks for the information and I agree, none of it's a big deal except ordering the correct part so I don't waste my time and have to pay to ship them back.
Is the M220 and M210 the same diff for all JT's?

You would almost assuredly want the wide version of their tie rod for a truck with wide track axles. It is listed for all of the premium and wide track packages/trims -- "RUBICON/MAX TOW/HIGH-ALTITUDE/4XE/MOJAVE/392"

If it doesn't say "M220/M210 Wide" then I believe you have the "standard" width as @ShadowsPapa detailed in his post. Sorry for the confusion, I just did a screen print: the diff details don't matter, just the word "Wide" in the axle description

I would just call Steer Smarts to be sure as a final check on which one you should order.
