How to remove styrofoam debris stuck to top?

They are building storage units next to my work, and some sort of foam particles are blowing on our cars. Today I noticed it won't come off of my sunrider top. I tried soap and a brush, and a bug sponge. Anyone have any ideas what to do now?

That looks like spray on insulation. I would definitely be talking to my building manager, and the construction company. Chances are, you aren’t the only one with it on your vehicle.
