HVAC blower is blowing - just not coming through vent

Can’t figure out why the AC is roaring but nothing is coming out of the vents - or very little.

-it’s like the selector isn’t engaging and air is just stuck in the dash circulating.

mine is a base model ‘20 - no fancy climate control.

Did you set it to blow out of the dash? If so, take it to the dealership.

What ended up happening? We're on a road trip with the exact same problem.

The evap is frozen over. Pull the glovebox out, look up in there you should see the ice.
Let it defrost then keep it on low or medium, should be ok. Happened to us headed to MOAB last year.

Thank you for the reply! We didn't have any ice in there. We may have had a different issue. Our air was cold. The blower worked. The air just was trapped in the dash. We unplugged our battery for a while and that fixed the problem, at least for now...

I am currently having the same issue. Did that permanently fix the problem?

Unplugging the battery for a while fixed the problem. It never happened again.

Had the same issue, ended up pulling out my cabin filter just leaving it out the entire trip as it started on my trek to MOAB from Houston. Have another issue with AC not blowing as cold so also grabbed a recharge kit and maxed it out.
