Over the years Jeep suspension modifications have included bump stops inside the coil springs. So it's not surprising that JEEP/FCA has added them to the Mojave (while reducing content elsewhere - perhaps to save $).
This thread is about hydraulic (not rubber) bump stops and the options to add/upgrade them...
Mojave hydraulic bump stop inside the coil springs:
Icon offers such a kit - this is through Quadratec:

I assume this kit is designed to work with the stock suspension. That would need to be verified and perhaps Quadratec/Icon have info on if they can be used with aftermarket suspension lifts with taller springs.
