Identify this flag mount

Does anyone know what flag mount this is? I messaged the owner, the_gladdi_daddi on Instagram. I'm not sure if he is a member of this forum or not? I have the same rack and want a flag mount like this or similar if anyone has a suggestion.

I don't know. But I googled "truck flag mount" a few days ago and saw a few designed to be mounted to the side of a truck bed instead of to the tow hitch. So they shouldn't be too hard to find.
