Kinda just looks like a hitch mount spare tire carrier.

Its a Hammerhead Raveger with a hitch tire carrier. I'm not sure which one, but Wilco makes one.

I have a Wilco offset hitch mounted tire carrier and it is great! A couple of things you should know before you decide to get one.

The hitch is Heavy! Even on my F-350 with a second 35” spare on it I could tell it was back there. It wouldn’t surprise me if the weight with the tire came out to 250# or so.

They’re friggin expensive too...

They are super convenient when you want to carry either a second spare or your tire is too big to fit under the bed in the stock location.

Here’s a picture of our deployed on our Alaskan trip this summer just north of Attigan Pass on the way up to Prudoe Bay..

@smlobx Any pics of the Wilco Offset on the Gladiator? Considering going this route after flat tire on the trail had me laying in the mud to get to my spare. Assuming it would block the back up camera and probably interfere with the sensors though....?

JCR has a bumper with it integrated. Full wrap around too.

Sorry, no. I have only used it on my Super Duty camper on our trip to Alaska.
