I love the TJ platform, aside from the D35-C. What about ditching the TJ for a TJL. You could look for an 04-06 TJ Unlimited Rubicon would be ideal IMO. but the Sports Still had the D44. The Rubicon had ARB lockers and skid plates, longer wheelbase and still keep the nostalgic 2 door wrangler Vibe.

2022 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. First Jeep.
Me personally… I would build a better Mojave, but stick to its intended purpose of high speed desert/dune running. Actual long travel, motor, aluminum add-ons (bumpers, skids), etc. I myself have no interest in overlanding and/or rock crawling. Silver Lake Sand Dunes is nearby and also have some great trails here in Michigan. Hence exactly why I own one.

Had I had it within me, I would have loved to have bought Darren Parson’s that he sold not too long ago ($$$). What a fun toy that must be/would have been. Yes… it started as a Rubicon, but you get the idea. A man can dream.

getting a 2dr ul rubicon has crossed my mine. If I go that route I’ll just buy one and keep sport the same.

The Mojave will still get upgrades….i mean who owns a jeep and doesn’t change at least something. I have put the rubicon bumper on the Mojave, aka Ginger, cause who doesn’t like a fiery redhead and I can not stand the plastic bumper bs. And I like the fact i can turn it into a stubby.
12k rough country winch.
Trail cam on front.
Bed tie downs and tazer.
Future will be at least 35’ And looking at arb rear bumper. I actually just happened into the Mojave by accident. I love it! It is a long way from the Cj and my YJs and TJ I have even had 2 to xjs.
