Went ahead and pulled the trigger on a Motobilt Bobbed bed. It's going to be a while before it's ready for paint because we've got a couple of trips coming up but I don't care how it looks! HAHA!
Got the bed rails on and started fitting up the rack/tire carrier.
I'm going to build a locking drawer or platform system of some sort to keep my tools locked up in the bed and then still have room for luggage and shit when we go on long trips without the travel trailer. It's going to work great in my head but we will see how things are in practical application.

Motobilt Tomahawk Front Bumper installed.
Motobilt Rocker Armor/Sliders installed.
Bedliner-ed the bed.
Undercoated the wheel wells of the bed.
Custom tool boxes to replace the Molle panels on the bed.
New rear seat delete panel for the fridge.
Front and Rear RockJock Anti-Rocks.
Switched from the regular Factor 55 flat link to the ultrahook.

Raptor Liner is WAY easier to work with than I expected!
Drilling the holes in the body for these things was way less stressful than I figured it would be!
I don't have any pictures in progress of this things and it still needs to be coated/painted or something. All of my amps were living under that seat and the small one for the horns in the dash was getting hot so, this killed to birds with one stone. Lowered the fridge and gave me a bit more flat storage space PLUS more airflow to the amps.
I LOVE the Tomahawk front bumper but it's another one of those not-for-the-faint-of-heart mods. Had to cut quite a bit of the front of the frame off too. The approach angle is INSANE though.
I don't like not having a rear marker light but I didn't want to drill into this bed so... 3D printer to the rescue!

The big box is for tools, the small box is for recovery gear.
On top of all of this, my day job and all of my other hobbies! Somehow managed to sneak away to Big Bend for Christmas and a few weekend wheeling trips since the last update!
Yes, made it up this. The bellypan got exercised but we made it. That obstacle is SUPER hard with the JT wheelbase. I don't know of any others that have been up it.

My Rock Krawler control arm kit is supposed to here in in the middle of the month as well.
Did they come with bracket? if not what ones did you get? They seem very clean and hold the lights nicely.......Added some pillar mounted KC Flex Era 4s with red bezels.
I've got to say, these things are WAY brighter than the 50" lightbar + pillar lights I had on my JKU. Which makes me super happy, I did not want to end up with lights all over the front of this thing. These things are more than enough extra light.
Yessir, they come with the bracket if you order the vehicle specific kit from KC. I've had them on the Jeep for a while now, they have definitely treated me right!
Iāve had my flex era 4 pair on the bumper since 2021. They have yet to disappoint, and I agree with you Levi that they have more forward facing light than anyone needs. I do have side lights in addition (dc designs vsl) but the fe4ās are amazing. I also couldnāt resist the red rings. Itās just too good with rubicon lettering. I canāt imagine how good the blue would look on a hydro blue.
