2020 sport JT suspension. What parts do I want in order to do a 3/4 inch lift and rancho shocks?

For a 3/4" lift you can just order a spacer from DayStar and order factory length shocks from Rancho, no other parts needed.

For a 3" or 4" lift the parts list gets much more extensive lol.

Are you only looking to level the front end with the 3/4" lift?

For the shocks, you can go to https://www.gorancho.com/ and put in your vehicle information to pick out the shocks you want.
