While the internet might be good to find some things, local trails can be tricky at times.
Post information If you have a good trail or playground for wheeling.

Here are a few:

Uwharrie National Forest - https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/nfsnc/recreation/ohv/recarea/?recid=78483&actid=93 - Most convenient in NC. Has a trail system including a few difficult trails and one Jeep Badge of Honor trail.

Gulches ORV Park - https://www.gulchesorvpark.com/ - In South Carolina near Greenville. I haven't been there but I know a few people who have.

Hurricane Creek Road Trail - Really pretty trail up in the mountains near the Tennessee border. Not challenging and you can take a stock Jeep down it but enjoyable. A couple of good campsites on the trail as well. Looking forward to getting back up there again.

Windrock Park - https://windrockpark.com/ - In Tennessee. Probably the largest park in the South. Also popular because there are 3 Jeep Badge of Honor Badge trails in the one park. Two are very manageable even for stock Jeeps. The third is challenging. But they have a ton of trails and a nice campsite. Good weekend trip.

I've got pictures from most of these. Let me dig some out. Also PM me if you want to be notified when trips are organized in the area.

I've been to Wooly's Offroad in middle TN, Turkey Bay OHV Area in western KY, Wildcat Offroad in eastern KY, and several others. But Turkey Bay is my favorite. It's in the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area.

I just found out about the South Carolina Adventure Route a few weeks ago and have been running the portions of it that go through Francis Marion National Forest. In total, it's about 1000 miles around the state 60/40 mix of unpaved/paved roads. I don't think it gets challenging until you hit the upstate. I'm considering setting aside a week this summer to run the whole thing.

Looks like you could run it into the Georgia Traverse starting at Burrell's Ford Campground, and add 390 miles to your trip.
