Ran the j-scan in the wrangler. Is there anything out there easier to use or more capable/user friendly?

I find the JScan super easy. Best bang for your buck.

There's AlfaOBD, but it's going to be similar in a lot of ways.
You are talking about a complex vehicle with complex control systems and such.
What are you trying to do? Normally you go in, make the change to settings, and exit after saving or applying the change.
You can connect and monitor things like misfires and so on, but that's not difficult, either.
As far as capable, it's pretty much at the top of capable - they seem to keep up better than AlfaOBD when changes come out - but then that depends on what you are trying to do.

Gotta ask - what do you mean by more capable? Capable to do what?

Download and read their instructions, or, contact them on their facebook page. The guy is helpful.

My opinion is the JScan is a little complex. 🤷🏻‍♂️. More detail in that it’s more explicit when troubleshooting and if it was able to disable the remote start timer that would be great.

So you want it to run endlessly on a remote start? You start it and it would never turn off?
Not the safest thing in the world for sure, not to mention some locations have laws about idling engines.

I guess I don't find it complex - I find it a bit easier than AlfaOBD in some ways.
JSCAN is searchable if I recall correctly.
