As far as I know they closed the shop..at least it was a few months ago.

If they are still open and you want to hear my experience, just shoot me a message. We bought our Gladiator from Westgate and had a lot of work done with them when they were just opening that business. The service manager at the time, Joe Nichols, is an honest, customer-centric guy. I think he's moved into a higher position within the company but you won't have any issues.
