JCR vs Expedition One - Jerry Can Mount

Has anyone purchased and installed a JCR or Expedition One single jerry can mount? I have a Midwest Can Company 5 gallon jerry can and wanted a mount to install onto my bed front molle panel.

I ended up going with the Expedition One single jerry can mount. I have been waiting for it to arrive for a couple of weeks now but it should be here Friday (02/18/22). I'll post pics once i have it attached to my bed molle panel.

Is it just the Jerry can you are using? Doesn't look like it prevents anyone from taking the fuel just not the can? Is it made for a specific brand of can?

Im using the jerry can for gas. There isn't much room between the cap and top part of the jerry can mount so it would be difficult to do so. There is also the side of the rack that would make it a tad more difficult. Honestly it would be much easier to take gas from the main fuel door as it doesn't lock when the jeep is locked. It's made to hold a typical 5 gallon jerry can, most of them have the same dimensions. The can I'm using is 6.5"W x 13.5"L x 18.25"H.

Yeah it just looks like you can unscrew the top off and take the fuel. Nice rack by the way

There's a tab on the top to put a lock on it. Thanks, i put it on this past weekend.
