Jeep badge of honor?? What have you done stock??

Basically, with leaving my jl for my jt, curious what it can handle stock. Jl sport s did ophir and Imogene bone stick, with 30k Mike's on full tires! It did have the LSD, which my jt does not.

My jt is an 80th anniversary with selec Trac. What can it do stock? Especially interested in what sport s and overland have done, as Rubicon is obviously more capable. But, you Rubicon guys can post too!!

Maybe not completely stock(Mopar lift and 35'' MT). But I've been able to do quite a few with open diffs. In fact, plan on getting about 10 more in the next 3 weeks lol.

I've found the JT to be just as capable as the Wrangler in most situations. Both have their positives and negatives. Long wheel base makes hill climbs a breeze but switchbacks and tight areas the JT can struggle.

I'd say for the BoH trail ratings, anything 5 and below can easily be done stock. 6 may be pushing it and may lead to some bumper scrapping. 7+ I'd recommend steel bumper front and rear with winch. At the end of the day though, it's what your comfortable with and driver experience. I've made may people in Wranglers look silly as I easily drove up a trail they struggled with.

Good to know. I have some 33s that can go on stock, but wasn't planning on doing much else. Figured on some extra armor (rails and rails under bed like the Rubicon) before hand. But would like to get back on the Colorado trails for sure.

In N AL, I have done the Stoney Lonesome 404 badge trail on a stock O'land with stock tires, and the Iron Gap trail. Both of those I'd say really pushed the limits of stock tires, as a little more clearance and definitely more traction was needed. Really, the tires was the only real concern... but you gotta be OK with hearing metal scraping...

Hopefully next weekend I'll be able to try out the lift and 35's. Lift I went with was Rubi take-off springs/shocks, and 1.5" daystar level. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 35's on Mojave wheels...
