I've gone to their site, and tried every contact link I saw and it all takes me to a funky page of selecting a department, and doesn't mater which I choose, every time I go to submit, it says error sending message and try again... ugh.. I've tried for two days...UPDATE:
So Dialog Direct was a win. I contacted them on their contact link on their website. Calling doesn’t work just FYI. Had a lady named Kathleen who was super nice call me back within an hour of me filling out the contact link. Getting my badge shipped now after 9 months. However, the app will still probably always show it’s frozen state for that badge. “Requested” in my case, due it being shipped manually now and bypassing that process. Could care less at this point since the app pretty much sucks and is unreliable.
So the issue is still within the app at no rhyme or reason. And not even all requests have issues. It’s super random. As I’ve stated since my issue, I even went to Windrock and received those within like 12 days, yet the one I requested 9 months hadn’t budged and wasn’t ever back order. So use the app at your own risk and hope you don’t have issues. If you try to rectify it through Jeep Customer Care, good luck, they suck. Half the people don’t even know what the program is and there’s no direct line of communication between them and DD. I’ve had a ticket open with them for over a month to no avail. Calling gets you nowhere.
But basically DD being the 3rd party vendor now instead of FCA, receives the requests per Chrysler (assuming you’re lucky enough to get yours processed without issue on the app). Once they receive it they send it out shortly afterwards from them in Detroit.
With that said, those of you with requests that are within the standard 8-12 weeks wait time, I wouldn’t try and contact them. Don’t be impatient. Let the process work or at least give it a chance to through the app cause otherwise you’ll ruin it for those of us who’ve actually had legitimate long-term wait times (like 6 months plus). I’d imagine they’ll stop manually sending them as an alternative if everyone starts blowing them up just as a matter of being impatient. As often, we are our worst enemy with stuff. They don’t have to contact you back or fulfill anything since it’s technically bypassing the process. Even though we can’t depend on the app. Luckily the lady I spoke with was nice and understood how long I’ve had the issue. But I can see this turning bad for those of you who are just simply impatient and decide to take that route after a few weeks, etc.
However, those of you like myself that are legitimately having issues with the extended wait time and your requests is actually frozen so to speak, I’d contact Dialog Direct through their contact link on their website and hope to get a call back as I did. Better than going through Jeep Customer Care.
Do you have a direct link possibly? I'm most likely an idiot and not hitting the correct area, but I click on the dialog direct link that one member posted.
Thanks in Advance.
