No, Jeep broke the chat folks by not providing info/updates to future owners, dealers, or their own customer service reps...:headbang:
Jeep DOESNT Care.

This is unfortunate, I got the same response. You would think it wouldn’t be that hard to check the system and give an update.
Still waiting for my LE VIN (non-granite color)

This is unfortunate, I got the same response. You would think it wouldn’t be that hard to check the system and give an update.

So this is just with the launch editions right? I should be able to start bugging them on Monday for my regular order? How long after order until yours changed status? How long until vin?

Most of the LE orders were placed on 4/4 (BA), then went BX the next day. About a week later went BG. Which i think that was basically a holding state they put us in when they tried to weed out the dealers that tried to load their lots with LEs. Then most got VINs on 4/19. Aside from crystal granite. Some were provided a mid May shipping date a couple days ago. But no rhyme or reason how those at the first of the queue got there. I would expect you guys to get VINs faster since I think there will be less confusion than when the LE launched.

I have reached out to my dealer and my LE is still in D status, hasn't moved to D1 - so atm I guess mine will come in July... I don't mind waiting tho, just glad I was able to get an LE :)

My dealer has no info at all. Mine is granite though so no VIN yet so I suppose there is no status available. Just wish he knew what was happening.

No VIN yet for my launch edition. Just called the dealer and spent over 10 minutes on hold and was transferred around a few times before I got an answer.
The FCA chat was so much smoother/easier.
