Everytime I ask jeep chat questions I'm getting different answers from different agents. For example, my dealer told me my gladiator will arrive at the shipping yard on Sept 6. Today Jeep Chat told me it is in transit and is moving to the destination as if 8:25am this morning, I was disconnected so I chatted back and they tell they cant see the date and they cant tell me if the gladiator is in transit because that info isnt available to them... anyone else have this problem...
