Jeep cares chat no longer providing info on LE orders

I just contacted Jeep Cares chat to see if my status also went to D1 with a delivery date. They informed me that all inquiries on LE status is now being handled only via the selling dealer. Indicated it was a change in procedure for them beginning today.

Just FYI....
Try again tomorrow, I’ve gotten two people saying the same thing, and then I try again in a few hours, and someone different gives me the available info.

I talked to them today, wasn't the answer I wanted, (I wanted a 'you're a D1, here's your date')
but they talked.
NOW with that said,
