Hi everyone,
Same issue with my gladiator 2022 night eagle AU model, when driving above 80km ph to 100km it starts when hit a small pot hol or uneven road it stables after coming down 10-15km ph, As vehicle is driven only 40k and under warranty.
I informed jeep they did conducted wheel alignment and after that I faced the same problem, then they said it need a new damper. I waited for damper almost 2 months then they replaced it after that I didn't driven much only local not more then 60 kmph. almost 3 months later I went for a long drive I faced the same issue with the car now they have accessed it need new tie rod, tie rod ends , drag link, panhard rod and stabilizer bar.
I lodged the complaint before this assessment now my vehicle is at dealership they are still assessing it for warranty as they replaced the damper under warranty its totally wastage of time as vehicle is there from last 6 days. I tried to contact them always said it not fully assessed still.
as the issue is long standing and already documented and vehicle is under warranty.
I asked them for loan vehicle but they said we don't have any loan vehicle provider here, you can hire you own loan vehicle and we will reimburse you when the vehicle is assessed and issue is warrantable.
This is totally frustrating me. if anyone face the same issue with them what will be the solution.
