ESPs would start right when you purchase it. So if you purchased a 5 year, those 5 years would include the factory warranty length as well.

Thanks for the quick reply. (And I found it on your FAQ section--should have looked there first!) Looks like a very good deal. I am not a high-mileage type, so the ability to go for long term but lower miles is great.
