No kidding - especially since the re-gear itself could have caused the bearing issue.Are you saying that your dealership knew that the axle had been re-geared, but still offered to replace it under warranty? Never heard of that before.
The shop that did it could be at fault.
So someone else does work on a differential, swapping out parts, and Jeep assumes responsibility?
