So I got an oil change and tire rotation. When I get the Jeep back it pulls to the left when braking. If I’m going highway speeds and I have to brake hard, it will jump to the left. Now when I release the brake pedal everything is good and I am able to correct. If I brake gentle there is no issue. Which is causing the tech an issue

I took it back and the mechanic confirm what I said. They checked the brakes, hose and brushing in the suspension and nothing looks to be an issue. Their top tech is going to look at it tomorrow.

if the brake caliper was sticking the hub would be hot. It is not.
if the hose was collapsed then the brake wouldn’t release immediately.

Could the 5 tire rotation cause this issue. Or unbalanced tires.

I had a 5 tire rotation done when they changed the oil. Is there anything they could have done, by mistake, that would cause this issue. I’ve never had this before.

thanks in advance

If it wasn't doing that before the rotation, there is the possibility they screwed something up. I would guess that the side that is pulling to has damage to the caliper(wheel weight or tool jammed in) or on the opposite side, a brake line could be pinched. I found a wheel weight with a steel clip caught in a caliper once. It was squealing though and not causing a brake issue.

Put your hands on everything on both sides. Shake the caliper, you should have some movement. Look at the brake lines and make sure one is not pinched.

When a vehicle veers left, for example, look at the right side for problems. That's where a collapsed or pinched line would be.
The left side is working - it's favoring hat direction. .The right side is not, no apparently braking on the right to pull it straight.

Otherwise, look for grease or fluid on pads, that sort of thing. Grease can "grab" making it pull to that side. A lot of grease doesn't grab - it's slick, but a little grease grabs.

Great advice!
