Katzkin Installed

I had Katzkin put in last week in my Mojave....the orange color matches really well. They damaged one of the seats (and a plastic piece) so they had to order those pieces and I have to go back and spend a 1/2 day waiting for the fix. They told me the leather will need a few weeks to "tighten" up and look perfect......to be honest at the moment I'm NOT impressed with Katzkin. I emailed them 6 days ago with NO reply.

I love mine. The guys who did my install got mine pretty darn tight. It looks as good as our BMX X5 50i that has factory leather in it. They told me when it warmed up some it would get tighter and it did , we had a few 70° days and mine looks as good as factory. I got my oil changed the week after I had mine installed and the guys in service thought it was factory. Could of been the people who did your install, the installers who did mine had mine done in less than 4hrs and I'm highly impressed with it. They told me if I have any issues to not hesitate to bring it back and they would handle any of the problems.

Looks like more of an installation issue. I just finished mine a couple weeks ago. If you take your time and use a heat gun or steamer you can get it tight and wrinkle free.
