What are people's thoughts on running a JT with a rack through the touch less car washes where jets of soap and water are sprayed on the vehicle?

I recently installed a Yakima Overhaul HD on my Jeep. I'd like to continue using the touch-less car wash if it won't be a problem

It depends on the carwash. Does it have moving parts? If the rack is not wider than the vehicle, and height is similar, it should be okay.

I should think it would be fine, if it fits and is touchless.

The one I have been using has an L shaped bracket that rotates on one half of the car and then to the other half.

My gut feeling is that it will be fine, I am looking to see if anyone else has done it before. As you would expect they have a bunch of warnings that only stock vehicles should be in the car wash.

The touchless I use is the same way. It checks to see where the vehicle is when it starts. I have had no issues with it, other than it's not as good as hand washing.
