Its mind blowing how much more water tight my soft top has been vs my hard top. Soft top had holes on the front edge from factory and it still never leaked inside. My hard top, I spend so much time making sure the seals are all good when messing with the Freedom Panels.
I've been surprised by how watertight it is, too. Haven't had a hardtop, but this soft top is wild. We have heavy wind-driven rain all the time, hit from all sides. I've been at freeway speeds in heavy rain, assaulted by car wash jets. It's really quite impressive. My theory is that because it can move around a bit it maintains the seal better, but who knows?

OP, thank you for reminding me to re-check my own floors. Passenger side was sopping a few weeks ago after a good rain. I'd have to imagine they're wet again.

Unless I'm missing something, I have a hard time believing the hard tops could be the cause of excess water by the brake/accelerator pedals. Wouldn't water/staining be evident elsewhere besides just the floor?

I am not sure if this would work for a vehicle but you could try to look for the leak by pressurizing the inside of the cab and then swabbing the outside with a soap solution. They do this on RV's as it is almost impossible to find the source of the leak any other way. The leak could be on the other side of where the water appears.

You get a carpet dryer fan and build a funnel for it through the back window slider and seal it off. Then turn the fan on and it will pressurize the inside of the vehicle. You then swab the outside of the Jeep around the seal areas with a soapy water solution and just like searching for a leak in a tire it will bubble.

There are probably some vents you would need to seal and someone on here probably knows better than me where they are.

A long shot but might be worth a try!

I hope you can locate the source of your leak. Driving through a car wash with some friends in the cab with you for extra eyes can help. Pick up a legit cover too. That tarp is going to ruin your paint.
If I can't get this resolved I'm going to get a pop up garage... The tarp was just something quick I could through over the top to stop the water from getting in at that moment. But thanks though. I hear ya

That's just it, I don't even know if it's the top... The water just pools up under the peddles but NOTHING else in the jeep is wet. It could be getting in from anywhere possibly and just running all the way down :(

There is a seal that runs around the windshield.

Take your wipers off, unbolt windshield and lay it down, check your seal.
The very next morning after I took the jeep home, I woke up to a 14 inch crack in the windshield.... How it happened is still a mystery, but Safelite came out and replaced it... It's not the stock windshield. So your suggestion really makes a great deal of sense to me. Thank you

You probably should have leed with that bit of info. Safelite has a lifetime warranty for their work. If you determine it is their workmanship or lack there of, need to make them correct it.
