Check for obvious things, otherwise take this sucker in. You paid for a new truck that included a warranty.

Not really trying to be impressive. Just humbly inquiring for hopefully a little insight and help...
Yup, I just meant the amount of water getting in. I’m always impressed how Jeep keeps allowing water in, rear window for me

I hope you can locate the source of your leak. Driving through a car wash with some friends in the cab with you for extra eyes can help. Pick up a legit cover too. That tarp is going to ruin your paint.

Is the driver’s front parked downhill? If so, I would park with the nose of the vehicle uphill.

edit: sorry if this was covered already, and it’s probably part of the basics;just trying to limit the issue until root cause can be determined.

Its mind blowing how much more water tight my soft top has been vs my hard top. Soft top had holes on the front edge from factory and it still never leaked inside. My hard top, I spend so much time making sure the seals are all good when messing with the Freedom Panels.

There is a drain tube down each side of the windshield. Just a small something can block it. Take the front tops off and get up high and look for them. That was the answer for someone else on here a couple of weeks ago.

On my wife's it did this a bit after a hard rain and I found it was coming from up under the dash under the steering wheel on the firewall. I believe from a grommet on the firewall where I had run some wires for the aux panel. Have you done any thing like that since this started?

I had the same issue on the front passenger side. I had the passenger door seal replaced and now it doesn't leak.

You mentioned that you've had all the door seals replaced and, it's still doing it.

To me, they didn't do the driver's door seal correctly, and there are a couple of more seals on the door that need to be replaced. They did my door gasket then, had to keep it another day so do a couple of more smaller seals on the door because just doing the main gasket didn't cure the issue, but replacing those other little seals did the trick. They have a specific name and I don't remember it ☹

Look at your driver's door after a rain storm. Is there water on the door itself, inside of the seal (in the area where the latch is), and running down along the bottom? That's how water was getting into mine. Water would run down that way, under that piece of plastic trim on the lower door jamb and collect in the floor board. I park mine on a slight grade, nose down. I'm sure if I parked it bed down, the water would have collected in the rear passenger floor pan instead.

At least you're still under warranty. Mine's out of warranty by time, not miles (just over 30K, last month after having it since 7/19). Good luck ? ? ?

I may be the outlier here, but I would be pitching a fit at the dealership over the loaner issue.

This is a much more recent problem I’m seeing, but it used to be a given that a dealership would give a loaner if they had your vehicle for repairs.

I had a 21 JLU before my Gladiator and it got DW without any mods. Took it to the dealership under warranty and they told me “we can fit you in next month”. Nope - sorry that doesn’t work. They finally figured out a way to keep my jeep to look at it within a few days (after I was very persistent). Then the story was “oh we don’t have any loaners”. Again…nope not my problem. Your JEEP vehicle is malfunctioning and under warranty. IMO all the burden to satisfy the customer is on JEEP, not me. You don’t have a loaner? I’ll take a brand new vehicle. Back it down off the curb out front and I’ll drive that. Where is the service manager? I’ll borrow his vehicle for a few weeks. Do what you gotta do, but telling me to kick rocks is not how this is going to go. Surprise - they had a “rental” that they don’t typically loan but they gave it to me for free while they fixed my Jeep. Just told me they wouldn’t have time to clean it up. Don’t care, I’ll take it. Thanks for jerking me around for a half hour before ultimately landing on a solution.

Oh, and the guy in front of me left disappointed when they told him “no” to everything he needed. Then they magically figured it out when I pushed the issue. Point is, they’re not going to offer anything easy (usually).

You bought an expensive Jeep with a big problem that’s covered under warranty. Raise hell with them until they make it right.

I’ve not had to use it, but I believe Jeep wave is supposed to include a loaner. Even if you can’t get a loaner or reimbursement for a rental, for most of us taking a ride share home or to a coffee shop won’t break the bank. I know my dealer just offers to send you home in one and to pick you up in one to get your vehicle back.

Yea, Jeep Wave terminology is a little confusing. Not sure if it covers the loaner just for routine maintenance or for warranty repairs - or both. Either way, thats what I told them. Pull up jeep wave and tell me what I’m entitled to. This shoulder shrug “not my problem” attitude drives me nuts. Stand your ground.

Loaners are not a guarantee from Jeep at a corporate level as policy. It is all specific dealer dependent. If you get one, great, but it is not an entitlement.

The Jeep Wave rental/loaner program is only for same day service which in theory would apply to the OP if they could get him in/out in one day. Still is also dealer dependent and not guaranteed.

100% I get it. But it really did used to be way more of a common courtesy that you could expect. More dealers just started saying “nope sorry” and now that has become the norm. Like I said, maybe I’m the outlier to push the issue, but I find it ludicrous when people act like they just don’t care at all. They cared when I signed the papers to pay tens of thousands of dollars. If it’s really not possible, okay. But in my experience, the starting point is “no”, and then when you don’t just settle, there’s actually more that can be done to help.

Customer service is not a high priority in many service centers unfortunately. Most hate doing warranty work anyway. So you have a 40-60k truck that comes with a warranty and then it’s a pain in the ass to get anything done? That’s crazy.

Paper towels are your friend here. Put some in the door seals at the bottom, one up under the dash, some around the windshield, look for the towel that is wet or shows signs of being wet at one time after the hard rain, should really help you find the cause.

No disagreement with anything you said, just seems their decision to not make loaners a policy, does not seem to tip the scales enough to be punitive and make them reconsider.
