LED DRLs dim when headlight turns on. Can Tazer, or anything else, maintain 100% brightness?

Most the question in the title. I noticed the LED DRLs dim when our headlights come on. Is there anyway to keep them at full brightness w/ the Tazer or something else?

Yes, I have the Tazer JL Mini and there is a setting called Set DRL Dropout. Turn it off and the DRLs stay on with high beams on.

Anyone found a way to make the headlight halo DRLs as bright as the fender DRLs? The mismatch irrationally irritates me.
