The more I look, the more questions I have! This is taken from the "2019+ Gladiator" headlights description on their website:

  • CANBUS: Some vehicles use CANBUS function to monitor and control your headlight and fog light bulbs. The V.4 has a slightly larger LED driver than normal because the CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error circuitry is built in! No external components should be needed to install these bulbs with a CANBUS-Equipped vehicle.
What is a 2019 Gladiator, anyway?

That would make sense, but everything about my order so far has honestly been a little more complicated than it should have been. At the time I placed my order, on 2/4 the prices for the Wrangler and Gladiator headlights were identical. That appears to have changed shortly after. There are also some differences in the web browser experience between searching on my iPhone and Mac. The phone doesn't pull up the Gladiator, but instead I had to search for the most recent Wrangler and then I saw a "what others viewed" with Gladiator available. Having a different search experience using different devices is not unusual, but it did lead to a bit of confusion when I was looking at their website at a later point and noticed that the Gladiator stuff was more expensive than what I had paid. I sent them an email to seek clarification because of this confusion, but as I mentioned earlier, this is the email where I never got a response. I reviewed my purchase invoice to make certain of what I got, and the invoice does indicate "Gladiator" headlights, but at the same price they are selling the Wrangler headlights for? My invoice does also indicate the PWM devices as part of the purchase, so you may be correct that this is included on the Gladiator, but not the Wrangler. That doesn't explain how my price was identical on the 4th though. Maybe my expectations are too high, or I'm too skeptical? It's not necessarily one of the things I have mentioned that has me questioning everything, but when I evaluate my entire experience, it hasn't been great so far. Am I nuts for thinking this?
when i bought them they were really just coming out for the jt.i got my gladiator in august of 2019 and the headlights were something like 179.00 for the pair but i had to buy the pmw modules seperate for another 50 bucks or so i think.

Im not sure about the prices. It may be that it was determined the PMW module was needed for the JT over the JL and they added them to the package. Most of their content for different vehicle seems to be cut and paste. For example, the JL offers white and yellow fog lights. The Gladiator only offers white EVEN THOUGH both vehicles use the same bulb. When I called and asked them about it they said that it was an oversight and they would have to update the selections. It doesn’t seem that they have their website in the best order, but they test lights and have much more content (Videos, photos, etc) than other companies. I always make sure to research plenty before making a purchase. If I didn’t then I wouldn’t have caught the need for PWM and option for JT yellow fogs instead of white. I wanted yellow and saw others with yellow v.4 lights, so I just asked questions. Hope all works out well.

Thanks. I didn't realize they had yellow either. Thats what I wanted and I ended up getting them from Diode Dynamics. I have limited experience using them so far, but from what I have seen they are fantastic and I am happy with them.

I agree with a lot of cut and paste going on, but there was so much confusion and hassle, it was too much for me. Below are portions of two emails I got from HR:

Here is my initial order confirmation from the 4th:

Your Order Contains...
Cart Items SKU Qty Item Price Item Total
2019+ Jeep Gladiator (JT) LED Headlight Bulb Upgrade - S-V.4
19JEEP.LED.V4-PWM

Here is what I got a day later:

At Headlight Revolution, we’re all about happy customers! Unfortunately though, something you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock and we wanted to let you know as soon as possible. The details on your order are shown below, and the back-ordered item(s) are highlighted:

Order Summary
19JEEP.LED.V4-PWM2
2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL LED Headlight Bulb Upgrade - Supernova V.4

Because of the website confusion, the price confusion, the fact that my email to them on 2/5 seeking clarification (because of item descriptions on order confirmation and back order notification not matching) never getting a response, I decided today that i am going to go another route. I called and was 34th in line on their phone queue. I wasn't going to wait all day on the phone so I sent them another email instructing them to cancel it. I got a canned response thanking me for my email and letting me know they are running 4-5 days behind.

All of this said, I have heard some good things about the bulbs they sell. But I have also read many accounts of people who are having, or have had experiences like mine. Hope things work out for you as well and keep us all posted on your thoughts once you get your stuff.

Here is my order. I had to order PWMs for the fog lights separately since I ordered the fogs in yellow. In the end it was the same price as the kit they put together for the Gladiator white fogs with PWMs. Looks like the headlight part numbers are the same on mine and yours.

The bright side is that I am an hour north of Atlanta where HR is located. My lights will be here tomorrow after shipping today.

Got my box in from HR today.....I got one fog light, the two PWMs for the fogs, and an extra set of PWMs for the fogs. Extremely unhappy with HR at the moment. Tried to call them and am waiting for a call back. They’re obviously so super busy fulfilling orders that nobody is available to take a phone call. Would not recommend them to anyone. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

Sorry about your experience. I’m not sure what’s going on with that place, but glad I decided on going another direction. Hopefully they can make it right for you or refund your purchase.

They finally called me back. The guy acted like he couldn’t believe the order got so messed up. They sent me an email with a prepaid return label and put in an additional order for me for all of the parts that I did not receive. Again, they are still listed as backordered. I told the guy that I didn’t care about the back order, but asked him NOT to send me a package that is incomplete when the packing label shows it to be complete. I can see it now...Our system says that we sent that to you.......At least they’re trying to make it right. Regardless, I’ve never had such a bad buying experience.
