LED tail light out

noticed today the passengers side rear tail light is not illuminating. it seems to only be the running light as the brake and turn signal seem to be functional. has anyone else had an issue with the factory led tails? will the jeep warranty cover the replacement?

The Basic Limited Warranty is good for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Looks like it covers everything but tires and headphones.

thanks. wasn't sure if electronics were treated any different then hard items. ill get in touch with my local dealer and see what they come back with
