If you haven't changed your tire size/suspension, would you mind getting a measurement from your bottom door gap to the ground?

My Sport (no max tow) is 20.8" at the same spot. Accounting for 1.8" difference in sidewall, I'd say you got all and more of the advertised 3.5" lift. :)

Are you running stock wheels and suspension? I just did the same measurements (3 times because of the difference) and I am at 25 1/4 inches. I have a Sport S non max tow with rubicon take off suspension and 34" tires (285/75/17).

Just trying to get an idea of the gain and if so then much more than I expected from stock.

Yes, stock wheels/tires (245/75R17 Dueller H/T 685) with no suspension modifications. Looks like you got 1.2 inches in sidewall gain and 3.25 from the lift. Then there's the matter of your bumper which may be heavier than stock and would be weighing down the front. That's a heck of a gain from the suspension swap. Have you done anything else?

What I listed is all I have done. I have a 1 3/4" front spacer and 3/4" rear spacer on order but those are not installed yet. The bumper brought the front down about 1/2" after the install and a winch is in the future. Which is the reason for the spacers. Interesting the height differences though.

Kind of part of the less can be more group. Looking at bumpers and winches now and changing fender flares eventually. May do lil bigger lift once I get bumpers depending on what it looks like
