Well I finally bit the bullet and ordered the premium soft top from the dealer. I tried to find one locally but that proved impossible. Anyway, it will be three weeks tomorrow and it’s still not here. The dealer is telling me that Mopar keeps changing the delivery date. Has anyone had any luck in ordering and receiving a soft top order?? Thx!

I just ordered the soft top from All Mopar a couple days ago and I'm curious as well.

I got one sitting in my garage that will never be used and is still new in the box. My wife refuses to let me sale it. I'd give it away if she would say get rid of it.

Ummm...I live in Raleigh and would love to take it away :) What if I got you and the wife some $ for a getaway? Maybe that will win her over. Really though, I got my JT in April and I've been looking for a soft top. DM me if you can win her over.

I'll keep you in mind if she ever buckles. Her reasoning is that I'm going to sell it then want one or need one for something and buy another one, which is not a bad point because on my JKU I did exactly that with a bunch a different stuff so I guess I can't blame her. But for the first time she's on board with letting me spend money a jeep build so I don't want to go behind her back and get rid of it, gotta keep the peace.;)

How do you live without the soft top, lol. The thing is just so much fun and has been good reasurance with all the rain as of late vs taking the top fully off.

With the way the rain has been this year I have been staring at my doors with hatred wishing I could have just gotten soft ones on delivery instead.

I can't stand how it looks folded back. Actually I don't like how they look on the JTS period. Just my preference. I'm ok if I get caught in a down pour without a top at all. That's what drain plugs are for. My JKU saw plenty of down pours in it's day. When the soft top would come off, the whole thing would come off.

Lol I get that, I hate the man bun. I replaced the bolts with 4 thumb screws and try to take it off as much as possible if the weather is going to be good for a while. I have also noticed folded back it does some decent damage to my MPG vs being off.

I have also accepted the fact I will get water, have been very careful with all my mods to ensure everything is waterproof.

I just got mine after waiting 3 plus weeks for it. I was told by my parts guy that there were only 14 made for distribution in the country right now. They are hard to come by.
