Looking for a smaller flush mounted flood light

Looking to install some flush mounted lights in my new bumper and I would rather not cut in to it. Does anyone know of a flush mounted light that will fit a 2.875" square hole?

The closest thing I know of are these, although a wee bit wider than you're looking for... I have them in my mirrors (wired to my high beams) and I love them.

That's a pretty specific size. The bumper maker have a recommendation?
Most of the lights I see have the heat sink measuring around 3.1 x 2.9

You can mount lights on the inside of the bumper itself but I wanted to try and find a flush mounting set, gets rid of that hollow looking area to me.
