Two weeks ago, I bought a new 2023 Gladiator Sport model. It's just a basic model with the original painted bed that I need to protect ASAP. First, I need a good solid bed liner. I don't want any kind of sprayed on liner or soft Bedbug like liner. So far, I only have found three available: Rugged brand liner #JG5U20, Penda DuraLiner #62112RX, and Mopar #82215845AB. Which one is the best, and which one would you recommend? Are there any others available?

Also, I've been looking at a hard plastic tonneau cover on eBay at https://www.ebay.com/itm/304733778712 . Does anyone have any experience with that model or could suggest something else?

I have the rugged liner, I paid $250+tax from a local store in CA. I have had it for 2 years now on my 2021 sport, it has held up great. I laid 2 heavy coats of car wax underneath to avoid any rust, paint looks new under wax after 2 years. I load heavy stuff in my bed sometimes and didn’t want it to have dents, like I would have with just a spray in liner. I go to the snow 20-30 times a year, my bed regularly gets filled with snow, no rust issues

I have had the Rugged liner since new, 2.5 years, it has been great no issues, definitely protects the bed from heavy sharp objects.

That's exactly how I did on my old Dakota. Use the softer bed mat when you want a more traction surface or to be easier on the knees. Then you can take it out to slide something heavy or messy in the back. Easy clean up without worrying about scratching a spray on finish
I have the mopar bed liner and I bought the bed mat on Amazon together they work great https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0844VTBRY/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I like how the mopar Bedliner says jeep on it
The best price I have found so far for an original liner is $660.80, including shipping (Mopar 82215845AB). That's about double the price of a Rugged or Penda brand liner. Is it worth the difference?
