Narrowing down my suspension stuff. So far I feel that I have narrowed it down to the Teraflex RT3 Short Arm Long Travel with the LT Falcon 3.3 Shocks. I won’t bring using their drag link as I’m going a different route as I don’t like the design of theirs and have seen issues from owners. I’m also considering their Nomad Wheels. Anyone have any feedback on this. Besides an all around kit. My build is gonna is at or over GVWR with the Alu-Cab Camper and being diesel. My concern is that I may need to work with the. For some custom spring options. Vehicle is mainly used for Overlanding. Next year have about 20k miles planned off-roading trips. Mainly dirt or gravel with some serious stuff, and desert running down in Baja. Want something that is capable, rides well on and performed excellent higher speed Offroad and capable. Not really see us doing much rock crawling except some smaller ones on a trail every now and then. Thanks for the help as I am wanting to call them next week to discuss this further.

When you call I'd reccomend asking you for Josh W. I'm local and he invited me to their shop and I test drove multiple trucks to figure out exactly what I wanted. The 3. 3 shocka are legit. The only bummer is how long the diesel version are on back order due to raw material shortages.

Nomad wheels are top notch but know you can use Apex RPVs and almost any other wheel to get fast air down. I wouldn’t buy a wheel that doesn’t have some form of bead grip, other brands like Method have this tech too. Last would be rash ring compatibility. Nomads have this too, they really are an awesome wheel.

I have the ST4 and in all honesty I was gobsmacked by how well a 4.5” (really slightly more) lift feels. I expected a lot more bouncing around and that isn’t the case one bit. It rides very close to stock, better in some ways, and now with a big brake kit and Falcon 3.5s I fly I to corners like I am in a German sport sedan.

The springs are high quality triple rate that do great under low/medium loads as I have tested. They are advertised to keep a high level of performance under heavy loads too but I have yet to really test that.

I reckon the additions in RT/CT kits can only be an improvement on what my ST provides. The long arm kit is where I will go eventually. The RT4 is kinda/sorta released now and comes with the long arms if you wanted to give it a look. More spring to deal with all the extra weight and long arms will give smooth feel to the ride when hitting tougher trails but also on road. In the desert long arm is 100% what you want to really hit it hard ?

If you have questions AT teraflex they have been really helpful.
