Looking for Tonneau (and rack?) suggestion for specific use case

I've been scouring the threads, but I haven't found a clear solution.

I'm looking for a tonneau cover that meets some specific criteria:

• Can accommodate a dirt bike in the bed (either it rolls up small enough to be out of the way or is easily/quickly removed and stored).
• Is secure (lockable) and weatherproof.
• Requires no drilling/modifications for install--I have the factory Trail Rail system if that helps

In addition, it would be nice if I could easily add/remove a bed rack for when I need to transport my canoe.

Any suggestions?
