Max tire size for Teraflex rear sway bar???

Hi guys, I ripped off my rear sway bar brackets and would like to upgrade to get my links out of the way…so I’m interested in Teraflex or Antirock. I’d prefer Teraflex because of the price, but it says the maximum tire size is 37”.
Does anyone have insight to this? Is the Antirock any different? I’ve seen guys run 40” with the Antirock, and they look like the same configuration. Any help would be great, thanks!

I’m running 40s on 17x9 with -18 offset with the Teraflex rear sway. Not a problem with appropriate bump stop set up.

Just ran the Rubicon in August with zero rub.
