Max volume effected by Siri

25 Mojave X. Sent a voice note via Apple Carplay and since I've sent the message, the volume on my radio is practically halved.

38 (max volume) sounds like it would be 20. At 10, I can barely hear the music, almost like it was 0.

The truck has been off for hours and just got back in and volume still hadn't returned.

Maxed out all the audio options (phone calls, voice, etc) and no change. Radio cycled, phone disconnected from CarPlay. All forms of audio effected (FM, Sirius, etc)

Any suggestions?

Nope, all settings retained. CarPlay started up immediately and I blew my ear drums out in the process

Thanks for this info. My radio did the same thing. I had no idea how to correct it and haven’t had a chance to get it in to the dealer. I will try this reset.
