There is a Walmart tire center in my town, I'm gonna swing by on Saturday and try to order in person and see what happens.

Good luck! My Walmart tire center was clueless. I asked them to look in their system to find that particular tire and they directed me to customer service who in turn just went to the Walmart.com website and pulled up what I can pull-up. So that didn’t get me very far. There is a Walmart tire center in my town, I'm gonna swing by on Saturday and try to order in person and see what happens.
100% agree with you. After 30” on phone and then another hour and 15 minutes in the store, they still f’d up my return and didn’t credit me sales tax. At this point my time is more valuable than the sales tax I paid. Lesson learned.I spoke to walmart.com on the phone yesterday and if you think of the most unhelpful customer service representative, they were worse than that. I explained that I was only asking for them to ship me what I ordered and what there website said shipped, and I was basically told it was a glitch at the warehouse and they could not help me. Then they told me they had identified the glitch and taken it off the website. I told them that was incorrect because I was looking at their website and it was still listed. The guy (Joshua) then tells me there is nothing else they can do to help me since the refund had been issued and in process. As much as I hate to say it, this is one deal I wish I would have passed up rather than having to deal with all this BS with walmart.com.
Such B.S. I'm very disappointed in Wally World. Oh well! You were my last hope. I figured if you got the right tires then I'd re order. But now I'm just going to forget about them.Got my tires in.
My 18'' car tires. lol
I’m not surprised this happened again. I’ve written those tires off for good, especially from Wally World. Ridiculous that they wanted you to receive the tires and then haul them up front to wait in the ridiculously slow customer service line. From my experience doing this, customer service would’ve scratched their heads a dozen times trying to figure out what to do next. Totally absurd!I had to try again. I know it's stupid, but I had to.
This time I had them shipped to the store, so if they're wrong I won't have shuttle them to the store to return them.
Got the notice and stopped by the store today to see what I got.
They had them back in the auto center. I told them I wanted to look at them before I loaded them up.
Same thing... Again.
In fact, the ones they shipped appear to have come from a return center ?
They're probably the same ones I returned previously, or maybe they're the ones one of you sent back. ??‍
Here's where it gets fun.
I told them that I didn't want them.
After some back and forth, and involving several associates, it was declared that I would have to receive the tires in the back of the store at the auto center, them haul them up front to the customer service desk to return them for a refund ??
Ultimately I told them, "I refuse to be a part of something so stupid." and I walked out.
I'll cancel the order online and let them take another ride to Kentucky.
So here's what's interesting. Apparently Wal-Mart has developed a system that will ship an item that was previously returned because it didn't match the description, rather than pulling a new one from stock.
It's as if they're people to come up with ways to make things more F'd up.
