On our suburban, we were told the built in cellular and WiFi used a higher wattage unit and had capability to reach out further/stronger for better capability/signal strength .

I’d like to assume the Jeep would be “stronger”, too.

I can’t see there being lots of different modules out there…

Att has a website for the vehicle att service. Just do a Google search. Like att for my vehicle. They use your vin. However last time I tried to use it (paid for a month) back in March it did not work. Att said it had to do with an updated Jeep did. The dealer confirmed that to be true and they would need to do some type of update but had no eta on when that would happen so I quit trying. I mainly wanted to use it because att has better coverage where I go wheeling than t-mobile. Now the plan is just to switch to att later is year so no need for wifi
