Meet my '23 Sport S.

EDIT - the name hasn't stuck, so meet my White Gladiator.

'23 Sport S, Max Tow, Cold Weather Package, fabric seats, big screen, blah blah.

Just picked this up and will document what I do with it.

Currently no real plan, but I'm pretty set on at least wheels and tires.

A leveling kit is on the way, as is a tonneau cover and a phone mount. Windows are being tinted today. I am also going to do a DIY bedliner. Mods may be somewhat slow to occur, wife approval needed?

I don't think any hardcore crawling is in its future, however I definitely want to do some trails and perhaps take a few trips to places like Imogene and Black Bear, Badlands in Indiana, etc.

Tint is done.

Bedliner is done. I have multiple vehicles with factory-installed or Line-X liners… I did a Herculiner DIY this time… Saved me some money, and definitely not worth it. PITA. Isn’t perfect but it will do.

I’m not familiar with Herculiner but it appears to be similar to the Rust-Oleum bed protector I used on the bed of my Mule. My patience was pushed to the limit with just the size of a SXS bed, I can only imagine what it was like doing that. Kudos to you for pushing through. I think it was Goop-B-Gone or something similar that I used to clean up the unintentional smudges and such.

Rubicon sill guards are all over Facebook for nothing, picked these up for $80 and they were basically brand new. Eliminates the unfinished look of the naked pinch weld. He even had all the OEM hardware, so it was about 5 minutes to install both of them.

Wrapped the Grille to break up the sea of white.

You could also see a very distinct line where I did PPF on the grille(inside the headlight surrounds) so I installed some matte black headlight trim pieces as well.

RE PPF, I didn't have the budget for full body(really wish I did), so I elected to do all 4 fenders and the grille. May elect to do more pieces later. Only pic I have from that process.

The piece looks a little large because it is. My friend plotted 4 Rubicon fenders. ?
