Just like everyone has been saying and implying... buy the vehicle based on what you will use it for 75-90% of the time. And at the end, buy on what you ultimately want, despite what anyone says.

For me, I know I'll never crawl over rocks. I'll be easily 80%+ driving at speed on NYC's pock-mocked streets, where the surface is probably akin to sandy, gravelly trails - where the Mojave will excel at.
Plus I think the Mojave just looks so much cooler than even the ever-revered Rubicon.
(And of course... Gobi.)
