Hey OP, there is really only one way to know what will work.. install them and see how you like it!
I ran Fox 2.0 on my 1st JT with a JKS lift. It drove well. I’m in a Mojave now and can suggest based on my opinion that the Mojave stock shocks are far superior.
For added weight both JT’s had about 130-140lbs of bumper and winch up front.
As for the positioning comments I run about 3/4 inch lift on the Mojave, shocks like it and so do I.
I also miss living in NB!!!
Alternatively maybe the rancho adjustable shocks or the nicer Teraflex adjustable shocks are options to consider. My Teraflex adjustable steering stabilizer is very apparent when I switch settings
