Hello! I am looking to possibly replace my stock Fox shocks with something off the shelf. Or should I just have them rebuilt. Has anyone replaced the sto k factory Fox shocks? I am stock lift hight with 35" tires. Thanks in advance.

I'm in the same boat as you. I decided to get a second set of Mojave shocks so I can run those while the first set get rebuilt.

If you're looking to get them replaced or upgraded, you're looking at close to $3k. Rebuilding them may run you a couple hundred each, especially if you find someone local to you and save on shipping. If you choose a company like Accutune Offroad, you can have the shocks tuned to your needs.

I have read on a post of someone running Fox 2.0's with the external reservoirs and tuned by Accutune.

I replaced my stock Mojave shocks with Fox 2.5. Mainly because I lifted my Mojave and did not want to use shock extenders.
I actually ended yp putting my stock shocks on my wife’s JLU High-Tide. It was a bit if a pain because I replaced the bushings with the correct size ones for her truck.
I would either buy the fox 2.5 or buy another set of oem Mojave shocks so you have a set to send out to be rebuilt so your truck isn’t down that long.
On thing I did was chase down the right bushings for the fox 2.5 shocks. That was a journey, but I figured it out and there is a write up in it somewhere on the forums.
I wouldn’t recommend having the shocks revalved, just rebuilt. If you go down the revalved rabbit hole you will never come out. I just to have a business doing motorcross suspensions, I revavle all my own stuff, but I would not suggest having anyone other that Fox revavle them….

If you like they way they worked before they leaked or stopped damping correctly have them rebuilt or rebuild them if you didn't like the ride and performance buy a set that is more designed towards what you like. If you decide to swap to another shock you can always sell the originals as is or rebuilt to offset the cost.

I do mostly road driving, but plan to off road a little. Does anyone know what would be a solid upgrade? Im not trying to spend 3k+ on a new set up. Right now my rears are making the most noise, so I may change those out first. But I am looking to see if there are any alternatives for the fronts too. I am just looking for something that will give me a smoother ride on the road, but can handle the occasional off road fun. Being that it is a Mojave, the selection seems to be limited.

Have you checked to make sure the noise is not from built up debris at the bushing in the covers or else where. It doesn't sound like you are out to test the limits, abuse or even stressing them much. As a last resort before a rebuild it may be worth cleaning everything, ensure nothing is loose, overtightened or frozen lube what can be and spray some lubricants in the areas that move or could benefit from the protective layer.
It would be hard to find anything tuned as well or set up better for the vehicle than the Fox's that come with it for anything close to the cost to rebuild them. if you want something that will provide a better ratio of cost versus all out performance I have had great experiences with Bilstein 5100s the price is great they provide good dampening on road, do well crawling or at medium speeds in the rough and from experience have lasted long enough to not have any complaints.
