When adding the Mopar 2" lift (focus on Mopar lift for this thread please) to the Overland along with 35" tires, what else needs to be added or replaced? I have read a lot about the Mopar lift and see people replacing track bars and such, but is this needed for a daily driver who only sees trails and beach driving (no crawling)? focus is on ride quality. Cheers

No you don’t NEED anything, the track bar is a plus and for the cost of them now it’s worth it. Look up ultimate Mopar lift on the you tubes. It a pretty good video.

I just had it installed about a month ago on my Rubicon and nothing additional only what's in the box. I did have it installed by my dealer.

When I asked about a track bar, the dealer told me, If I wanted one, he could get me an aftermarket track bar., but told me try it and see if I still want it after driving it a while.

I also went to a "4 Wheel Parts" store and asked them also if I needs a track bar, he went outside and looked at my truck and in his words... " if it feels good and rides and drives fine.... Don't touch it"

I haven't.

Trackbars are to keep axles centered. Yes it will drive fine with or without a trackbar.
here’s a pic of my Jeep before adjusting the trackbars. Notice the tire sticks out more to one side.

+1 on watching The "ULTIMATE" Mopar Lift System & Evaluation for 2020+ Jeep JT Gladiator/JL Wrangler on YouTube, he will give you some great advice on Mopar parts and some extras.

Another area I see with the mopar lift is folks putting a spacer in the front to fix the rake. I’ve seen 3/4” and 1.5” spacer. Does the mopar lift adjust the stock rake at all?

The Ultimate Mopar lift video was awesome. Lots of info and a lot to consider. Going to build a parts list soon.
