but are these really different from "low" fender version.

vehicle fitment says:

2020

Jeep

Gladiator

Altitude, Launch Edition, Overland, Rubicon

3.6L V6 - Gas

so the Jeep Gladiator Overland has low fenders , at least in EU, and as far as I know in US as well....
