Mopar Roll up Bed Cover adjustments?

My 2022 JT came with a Mopar roll up bed cover.. every time it rains the water pools up by the cab when I am parked. Does anyone else have this issue, and can it be adjusted? The material seems sloppy or loose compared to the traditional bed covers I have had from Extang on previous trucks.. Please see attached pic, it spans the whole width of the bed.. any insight would be great thank you

Mine does the same thing. It sags some between the cross members and holds water between each one. I have seen others that look like they fit much tighter and more snug. Just don't know if a dealer would bother listening to me about it. I wish there was a way to tighten it up from the tailgate to the cab.
