The Power Steering cooler (Apex) is mounted underneath the winch protected by Skid plate.
Includes everything in the pics plus the winch blank plate, 4 Rivnuts to mount the Grimm Winch Mount to the factory horns and 2 Apex hose fittings with clamps.

Only consider removing the PS cooler from the sale.
FYI. The PS cooler is super easy to hook up.
